Regular priced items bought at O YOU FANCY STUDIO will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are nonrefundable.  All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Please note all sale items or items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.  Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit to our warehouse. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to US,  and $16.99 Worldwide will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for S&H.

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
